Purpose
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess project fit, prepare proposals, manage collaboration requests and keep appropriate communication records.
Confidential project information
Visitors should not submit highly confidential technical datasets through public website forms. Send a short non-confidential summary first and indicate whether an NDA may be required.
Consent and marketing
Service enquiries and marketing consent are treated separately. Marketing subscription should not be assumed from a service enquiry.
Retention and access
Personal information should be retained only as long as required for the relevant business purpose or legal obligation. Access should be restricted to authorised Novalekra personnel.
